How to Lose Body Fat Without Going Insane

I by no stretch of the imagination have the perfect, athletic or well toned body.  I can live with that.  What I couldn’t live with was laying around on the couch, not doing any forms of exercise and watching the pounds seek my mid-section.  Was I silly to think any other outcome would develop?  It’s funny to ask the rhetorical question even subconsciously knowing the answer.  However, these results were driving me crazy.  That was until I found out how to lose body fat without going insane.

When I finally decided to get off the couch and start my research on the best way to lose my body fat, I immediately learned that there is not a healthy way of developing strong muscles or getting a flat stomach for 1 or even for 6 months when at the same time I had a high percentage of fat.  The other realization was that I had to look into the mirror and realize that only I was in charge of losing the body fat that was driving me insane.  No product, person or program would do that until I realized that I had to stop looking outside of myself for the solution.

What steps did I take to make everything happen successfully?  I initially just tried running on the treadmill and noticed limited results. It wasn’t until I started using the treadmill, getting on my bike with my “Little,”  walking and elliptical trainers did a great job.  The realization was that cardio exercising did  not only decreases the percentage of body fat in mybody, but it also drastically improves my blood circulation, reduced my stress, and improved my heart activity.

After I employed these strategies, I started to feel better.  More importantly, I started living in the moment.  I started to enjoy life more.  Indirectly, my “Little” made me aware of how you felt in each moment. This means being present in the now, not living in the past or in the future. The present is the only thing you have absolute power over in your life and made the “pitty parties” I had in the past melt away.

At the end of the day, I believe I found out how to lose body fat without going insane.  Was there a magic bullet or pill or seminar that I attended to make me this way?  While they were helpful it was my internal dialogue that brought me to this point.  I discovered it was negative thoughts that were associated with the excess body fat.  Once I dealt with the underlying issue that was causing my excess body fat.  The result was I noticed my body fat fell off very with complete ease and am living life to the fullest!
