hymlayoga: @claires_world Meditation is not abt imagination. Not "meditation" in yoga. I’d B happy 2 talk w/ U abt ths, it’s hard in 140 chars! hymlayoga: @claires_world Mind is material. According 2 yoga we R more than material. Meditation leads 2 direct experience of ourselves on all levls I by no stretch of the imagination have the perfect, athletic or well toned body. I can live with that. What I couldn’t live with was laying around on the couch, not doing any forms of exercise and watching the pounds seek my mid-section.
